These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bk222 platform, including the website located at bk222.lat, all associated mobile interfaces, betting markets, casino games, live dealer services, and any other features or content made available by bk222 (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full functionality of the bk222 Platform, you must register for a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bk222 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Account credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bk222 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• bk222 may require you to submit supporting documentation — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, or address at any stage.
• Failure to complete verification within the time period specified in our request may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

All financial transactions on the bk222 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bk222 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.

Deposits are credited to your bk222 wallet following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets at minimum odds of 1.80 (4/5).
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk222 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct — whether directly, through a third party, or via automated means — will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one bk222 account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the Platform's systems to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Using the bk222 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the Platform's customer support team through threatening, abusive, or harassing communications.

All content on the bk222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bk222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of bk222.

• bk222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• bk222 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds data, statistics, or event results.
• In no event shall bk222's total liability to you in respect of any single claim exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bk222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon closure of an account for a verified breach of these Terms, bk222 is entitled to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified balances will be returned to the user via the most recent verified payment method on file, net of any applicable charges.
